About Malechi Tech

Malechi Technology Services is owned and operated by Michael Jones of Franklin, TN. A graduate of TN Tech University, Michael's joy of all things tech lead him to work for many technology-related companies such as Dell, Inc. and Apple, Inc. and a medium sized mortgage company doing web development. The name "Malechi" (pronounced like Malachi), an anagram of "Michael", was simply used to uniquely identify his name online.

As a way to give back to the community and gain some teaching experience, Michael began working with adults who wanted to learn about their computers. He taught classes at the Brentwood City Library on Microsoft Office products and Social Media in the evenings and weekends. He gained a great appreciation for teaching and saw the desire that many adults have to use their computers to a greater degree.

While programming was a large part of his job at Churchill Mortgage, he found a passion for online marketing and search engine optimization, realizing its potential impact on the success of a small business.

Starting a full-time company during a down economy in the Fall of 2010 was a difficult decision, but one that gave Michael the freedom to be as creative and innovative as he wanted to be while benefitting more people in the community. It is Michael's desire to truly benefit those people and businesses with whom he works. Whether it's generating business leads with online marketing or teaching the basics of a new computer, the goal for Malechi Technology Services is to make technology fun.
